Project Description:


The Warranty Processors will be responsible for the assessment and processing of warranty claims submitted to warranty repair services performed on client-manufactured equipment.


Responsibilities:


  • Take inbound calls and chats from dealerships and/or end customer
  • Maintaining / updating equipment registrations
  • Resolving pricing errors on claims
  • Updating warranty coverage periods on equipment
  • Answering dealer questions about warranty policy and claim submission
  • Resolving dealer issues with claim entry and submission
  • When additional research is required, make outbound calls to dealerships to resolve outstanding issues
  • Must have strong attention to detail when listening and speaking to dealerships, and using company systems to process their information
  • Utilize training resources and internal sites as required
  • Build relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences to every dealership, every time
  • Use critical thinking skills to process complex situations and provide personalized resolutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Taking calls and chats from dealers.
  • Knowledge of Alpha Romeo Automobiles
  • Automotive technical training
  • Extensive automotive work experience
  • Must have knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles
  • 1 year + of Customer Service experience
  • Provide clear written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Vehicle Warranty Knowledge
  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Experience in customer support operations emphasizing automotive service / after sales support
  • Experience as a Warranty administrator within a Dealership environment
