We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Brand Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of products, promotions, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Familiarity with electronic devices such as tablets or smartphones for product information lookup
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.
