The Jayne Young Agency is seeking an energetic and self-motivated professional to join our Pinnacle Elite Agency (top 1% of Allstate agencies)! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are A players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary, but sales experience IS! Our training and resources are top notch and if you commit to the role, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospects best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary: $66000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency. - Ensure that the Jayne Young Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects. - Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. - Responsible for accurate underwriting. - Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance. - Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirements
We will help you obtain a Missouri Property and Casualty License before start date. We will help with training materials up to, and including, total reimbursement.
Company Description
Seeking driven individuals to protect and amaze new clients. NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and I actually prefer those without experience so we can teach them our way of doing business. A P&C License is required for the position, but I can show someone how to get it. Process takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
