Responsibilities


Client Interaction: Engage with a wide range of clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.Inbound Calls: Handle client inquiries efficiently, providing clarity and offering effective insurance options.Policy Recommendations: Design and present insurance plans that align with the unique needs of each client.Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and satisfaction by suggesting complementary policies.Client Retention: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed recommendations.



Requirements


Licensing: P&C license required.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Centric: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.

Technologically Proficient: Familiarity with insurance software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
