  • This job is a member of the Global Reservations Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Responsible for a team of Timekeepers who ensure all management and non-management personnel in DFW Reservations and other assigned work groups’ time is recorded properly to ensure accurate and on-time payroll.

What you'll do

  • Mitigates local lost time through a thorough understanding of the Attendance Guidelines for Passenger service employees, accurate and timely processing of FMLA, medical and other leaves of absence and partnering with Absence and Return Center leaders
  • Ensures the Skyview 1 facility equipment is fully operational and regularly maintained and that housekeeping is working in compliance with contractual cleaning requirements
  • Liaises with AA Safety, AA’s OSHA compliance team, Corporate and Campus security to create and maintain a safe and secure working environment for all building occupants
  • Oversees all office purchasing of equipment and supplies needed for conducting business at DFW Reservations by working closely with the Admin Supervisor assigned to that duty
  • Creates the annual office budget working within established parameters and ensure compliance with the budget throughout the year
  • Handles ad hoc projects as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 5 years related work experience
  • 4 years demonstrated experience effectively managing and motivating a team
  • 4 years customer service/sales experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Budget experience
  • Facilities maintenance experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to manage management, non-management and contract labor work groups
  • Demonstrated ability to positively manage in an ever-changing work environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to be innovative and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to understand and communicate job-related policies and procedures to employee
