Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Address incoming calls, answer inquiries, and propose effective solutions to clients' needs.
Policy Customization: Create insurance plans tailored to each client's unique needs and recommend suitable coverage.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by recommending additional insurance products.
Outbound Calls - Calling warm leads, follow ups, win-backs, and terminations.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and updates to provide well-informed advice to clients.
Licensure: Possession of a valid Property & Casualty insurance license
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
