Compensation:
- $36,400 base pay plus monthly performance-based incentive averaging $2k-3k.
- Top performers have the potential to earn up to $6,600 per month, with a total annual earning potential exceeding $110,000.

- Sign-on Bonus: Earn $3,000 upon successfully completing licensing requirements prior to hire or bringing your current license
What You'll Do:
- Work Remotely: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home as you connect with interested prospective customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more.
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding prospect needs, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied customers using a proven sales strategy.
- Licensing Advantage: Utilize your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license as a professional trusted advisor.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
To be a great fit for this role, you should:
- Have at least 1 year of sales, customer service with a sales focus, or related experience (preferred).
- Be open to working weekend and night hours.
- Hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence (preferred).
- If not currently licensed, earn your license with Allstate's support.
- Able to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
- Be highly motivated, a strong communicator, coachable and able to hold yourself accountable for performance.
- Have a dedicated workspace in your home which includes reliable internet with a plug-in ethernet/network cable.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
