We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position offers a competitive base salary of $15 - $19 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work with our existing book of business and help expand our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.


Requirements

  • License Requirements: Active Insurance License to be considered
  • Candidate must have previous insurance experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Must reside in Eastern or Central Timezones
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
