Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, introduce them to our team of licensed agents that can help them find the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients. Get prospect efficiently connected with our sales staff. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications: Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
