JOB SUMMARY & MISSION:

Position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and availability of warehouse inventory through the safe execution of receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counting, data input, and inventory controls while providing exceptional customer service.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure accuracy and availability of stores inventory through daily implementation of established systems, procedures, and controls.


Pulling and Issuing of warehouse material to plant personnel


Review warehouse requisitions and planned orders for accuracy and completeness


Make recommendations for min/max levels, additions and deletions to the stock control committee


Organize bin locations to facilitate efficient flow of material through warehouse


Assure all safety procedures are followed and good housekeeping is practiced


Verification and receipt of materials delivered to the warehouse


Visually inspect items for accuracy and damage


Transact in Materials Management System(s)


Comunications with requisitioner of matterials availability


Assists QA/QC in receipt and acceptance of repaired or exotic material


Forklift operations


Loading / Unloading trucks


In Plant Deliveries


Data Administration


Processing, distribution and filing of material documentation



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


This job does not require any supervisory responsibilities.



TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:


This role typically does not require travel


Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED.


1 to 3 years prior experience in warehouse operations preferred


Industrial Facility PM Material knowledge


Prior experience working in a refinery or petrochemical facility preferred.



OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:


Safety-oriented attitude with a true commitment to personal safety, as well as the safety of others is a must.


Good driving record to drive company vehicle and access client facilities, as needed


Ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety).

TWIC card


Current driver’s license from state of residence and proof of vehicle insurance with state liability minimum.
